mitú is a digital media company representing the Latino point of view. Through multiple touch points in video, editorial, social media and commerce, they connect brands and creators to the community of Latino consumers in the U.S.

Role: Lead Designer
Responsibilities: I led a design team based in Colombia providing art direction for apparel graphics and other products. Collaborated with copywriters and VP of merchandise to ensure the mitú personality is reflected in the product. Worked with vendors and delivered specs and art work. Additionally, photographed product to list online and for promotional use.
Product Photography
New items were introduced to the shop’s assortment. I photographed new arrivals for listings and art directed product photography.
Product Development
For the 2022 World Cup the team and I worked on different graphics related to soccer. For the mitú shop it was essential to be connected to the mitú audience. I researched with the mitú social team different nicknames for soccer cleats in Latin America by surveying their followers. The names provided were used in this piece.
